Cheerful service to your Unit is a vitally important part of being an Arrowman. As a Troop Representative you would be the voice of the Chapter and Lodge within your Unit. In addition to the service provided to the Unit, you are eligible to receive advancement credit for leadership within your unit. More information on the Troop Representative can be found here.
Do you enjoy public speaking and want to have the chance to improve those skills and develop new ones? The Ceremonies Team gives Arrowmen a chance to do that and to have a LONG LASTING impact on the future of the OA. Many memories can be made for you and others as a Ceremonies Team Member. Are you interested in Native American culture and history? The Dance Team will give you a chance to learn a great deal about these topics and many other areas. The Dance and Drum Team participates in local demonstrations, as well as in competitions at the Section and National Level. Contact the 2nd Vice Chief for more details.
The Elangomat, from the Lenape word meaning friend or family member, heads a crew of candidates during the Ordeal. The Elangomat also follows up with his clan in the ten months following to encourage his clan's participation in the Lodge and prepare them for Brotherhood conversion. Chapter / Lodge Leadership
Do you feel you have more to offer the Lodge? Every year there are opportunities for Youth Arrowmen to be elected to various leadership postions at the Chapter and Lodge Level. Those elections are held at the Fall Fellowship. There are also appointed Chief/Chairman postions within the Lodge that are filled as needed. The Leadership Page will show you some of the elected and appointed postions that are available.

After your inducton you have plenty of opportunities to serve your Unit and participate in Lodge, Sectional, and National Events. Before you know it you've hit the 10 month mark. Are you ready to deepen your understanding and commitment to Scouting and the Order of the Arrow. Opportunities to complete your Brotherhood are available throughout the year.
